Homecare Ipswich was founded in 2021  with the aim of focusing on providing high quality, cost-effective care for the elderly and vulnerable individuals .  Homecare Ipswich offers a range of care services from assisting with housework, shopping, companionship and social events to respite care following a stay in hospital or perhaps whilst family go on holiday, to end of life and palliative care.  The range of specialist services we offer includes but is not limited to, Dementia Care, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s care, Stroke and we are specialists in the provision of complex nursing care.

At Homecare Ipswich, we understand that the relationship between the client and their carer, support worker or nurse has to be empathetic and respectful and we work hard to ensure that the compatibility works as well as possible. Following discussing the care needs of a client, our Manager will arrange an in person meeting to assess you and your family’s requirements and desired outcomes. During this meeting, we’ll go through our process with you in detail so that you are comfortable with the care we aim to provide.  We are a CQC Registered Service and our policies and procedures are appropriate for the services we provide but we want to make sure you know exactly what to expect from our services.

We work hard to make sure that all of our clients are happy and receive the best possible care. We are always willing to discuss any queries you may have along the way and we aim for you to feel reassured that the care we provide to your loved one is of a high standard.

We are proud to be regulated by the CQC (Care Quality Commission), as it helps ensure that our services are up to the highest standards. We make sure to follow their guidelines and procedures, so that we can provide our customers with the best care. Our certified caregivers and aides are highly qualified and ready to assess and meet your needs.

If you come across any home care services, make sure that they are regulated. Many of them only offer services such as shopping, household chores, or cleaning, so they won’t need to be inspected by the CQC. This means that these companies will not be able to help out with care needs like personal care, continence care, dressing, or nutrition checks. So, if you are in need of these types of services, make sure that the home care agency is regulated.
